Steve and his team are professionals who take care of your property like it is their own. Replaced my 25 year old roof in April 2021. They are very careful and work is second to none. Great price and Steve will deliver on what they say they will do. Roof looked amazing when completed. Cleanup was like it was never done. Steve personally inspects your house and makes sure everything is done to perfection. He fixed lumps in the roof line from additions put on over the years and can not tell at all after they were done. Dealing with the Queen Team was an amazing experience. I knew from watching them put a new roof on my next door neighbor's house that they give you a high quality roof installed on the same day and with a great crew as I watched them setup, install and then cleanup when the job was done. They do top notch professional work and they left the yard looking spotless since they took great care of the immediate area. But what I think sets them apart is their awesome customer service and the way they treat you like family from start to finish whether it's on the phone, in person, and even after the job is done. Every time I look at and admire my good looking roof I think of them and what a relief it was to put my project in their hands and to have such a great experience.
